Dan – Operations Manager: With over 25 years of experience in the industry, Dan brings a wealth of knowledge and a keen eye for detail to every order. He is well versed in all aspects of the business and works 1:1 with customers to build their desired award.
Toni – Production Manager: With over 10 years of experience in the industry, Toni has a desire to make quality awards, ensures that every aspect of our production team runs smoothly and efficiently and is our sand etching specialist.
Kate – Production Specialist: With over 20 years of experience in the industry. She has a strong passion to create customized awards for all of our partners and truly values each customer’s partnership and story. She is our brass apple & bell engraving specialist.
Laura – Customer Service Representative: With over 10 years of experience in the industry, Laura is just the person to connect with to place your order or to find out more information on our services and products. She strives to create long lasting customer relationships.
Amy – Graphic Designer: With over 10 years in the industry, you can throw any idea or outline to Amy and she will make it happen. Her creative mind allows the customer’s recognition goals to become meaningful in a plaque or an award.

Matt & Emily purchased Apple Awards from Dennis Smith on January 1, 2024. They have enjoyed every minute of working in this industry and owning a small, women majority owned business in Hayward, WI. The best part of working in the recognition business for them is hearing the stories of customers and of those recipients that are being recognized. Being in the recognition industry means we have the privilege to highlight the good that is happening in our world and community!
